About me

I am an experienced LCSW offering a compassionate and safe space for adults, teens, and children seeking healing, clarity, and lasting change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over ten years of experience supporting adults, teens, and children through anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I provide virtual therapy, creating a space that is both accessible and deeply personal—where you can show up exactly as you are.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in compassion. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and honest. Whether you’re navigating long-standing patterns, recent stressors, or unresolved trauma, we move at a pace that respects your nervous system and your story.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps process traumatic memories and reduce the emotional intensity they carry. EMDR can be especially helpful for those who feel “stuck” in recurring patterns, intrusive memories, or body-based anxiety responses. In addition to EMDR, I integrate elements of attachment-focused work, nervous system regulation, and practical coping strategies to support lasting change—not just temporary symptom relief.

I have extensive experience working with adults, teens, and children struggling with anxiety, trauma histories, self-worth concerns, complicated grief, and relational stress. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who appear to “have it together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside. Therapy can be a place to gently untangle those internal conflicts and reconnect with a steadier sense of self.

As a social worker, I view each person within the context of their environment, relationships, and lived experiences. I am mindful of the impact of systemic stress, family dynamics, and early attachment patterns. My goal is not to pathologize you, but to understand you.

I value depth work and believe meaningful change often takes time. While I offer tools and strategies to manage immediate stress, I also support clients who are seeking longer-term growth and insight. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you understand yourself more fully and move toward a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned.

Because I provide virtual appointments, clients can access therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own space. This flexibility often makes it easier to stay consistent and integrate what we discuss into daily life.

I also strive to make therapy accessible and offer sliding scale options when possible. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I aim to make that first step feel welcoming rather than intimidating.

Above all, I believe in the resilience of the human spirit. Healing does not require perfection—it requires courage, curiosity, and a safe place to begin.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
