I am a clinical psychologist with a passion for helping pregnant women and new moms through the journey of motherhood.

I have spent the last 10+ years working in Primary Care as a health psychologist, helping adults make changes to their physical and mental health to live happier and healthier lives. I now do similar work, but in private practice, to help adults through major life changes, relationship stress, pregnancy and postpartum, grief, or whatever it is you are facing. I have extensive experience helping adults with depression, anxiety, and trauma through various treatment modalities, including evidence based treatments such as CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Areas of expertise include: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Chronic Pain Management, Life Transitions, Grief, Pregnancy, Postpartum, Relationship changes, Managing Chronic Health Conditions, Health Behavior Change (Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, etc.)

While I see all adults, I have a specific passion for helping pregnant women and new moms as they face the unique challenges and joys of that phase of life.
