About me
I am a qualified psychotherapist in the United Kingdom with over 100 hours of face-to-face and online counselling experience. I have experience supporting clients with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. My background in psychology and integrative counselling allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, drawing from person-centred, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic approaches.
I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Taking the first step toward change takes courage, and I am here to support and empower you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
