Kira Torre is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, author, and educator with a passion for helping individuals, teens, and families create meaningful change through connection, clarity, and compassion. As the founder of Ever After Therapy and Endeavors Continuing Education, she blends clinical expertise with real-world practicality—supporting clients in healing relationships, navigating life transitions, and building emotional resilience.
Kira specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems work. She has extensive experience treating co-occurring disorders, addiction, codependency, and trauma, and has developed family therapy programs nationwide. Her approach is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, supported relationships.
She is the author of The Connected Family, a book and CE course for mental health professionals that offers hands-on tools for working with adolescents and their families. Through supervision, education, and clinical practice, Kira remains committed to supporting both clients and therapists in doing their most meaningful work.
