At Elvive Psychological Services, we believe that understanding yourself is the first step toward meaningful growth and positive change. We are a group psychology practice dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological and evidence-based therapy services for adults.

Founded by Dr. Kinnari Birla, Psy.D., a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 13 years of clinical experience, including service with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Elvive Psychological Services was created to provide thoughtful, individualized care that helps individuals and families better understand their unique strengths, challenges, and needs.

Our practice specializes in comprehensive evaluations that explore cognitive abilities, learning profiles, attention and executive functioning, emotional functioning, and behavioral patterns. We provide evaluations to support educational planning, accommodations, gifted education decisions, treatment planning, and greater self-understanding.

In addition to assessment services, our team provides evidence-based psychotherapy to support adults navigating life transitions, stress, emotional challenges, relationships, and personal growth. Our clinicians are committed to creating a compassionate, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered.
