I'm a licensed mental health practitioner who is committed to help individuals cope with anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma.
I have 20 plus years working with children and families. I've been a therapist since 2016 and currently have my own practice called Simplistic Approach Therapy LLC. I provide home base and telehealth services. My goal is to help you achieve your treatment goals and to live a healthier life by developing coping skills, identifying triggers, and recognizing strengths.
