About me
I am a Certified Complex Trauma Practitioner working with first responders and others coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders.
My passion is providing trauma healing to those of us who have been coping with trauma of all forms and identifying our resiliency. I utilize the trauma focused approach in addition to internal family systems and EMDR. My practice is grounded in the belief that we can all have "Mauli'Ola" ( A breath of life) in our world.
