About me
I’m Kimberly Stubblefield, an experienced and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC); Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) — and founder of ZOLA Mental Health. I work with individuals, couples and families, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or big life transitions. My approach combines warmth, compassion, and evidence-based strategies like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness. I focus on the whole person — your mind, emotions, relationships, and routines — because real change happens when we address every part of what makes you unique.
At ZOLA, I believe therapy should feel like a genuine, supportive space — a place where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I help people from all backgrounds untangle the stress, pain, and uncertainty you’ve been carrying to find clarity, confidence, and calm. My mission is simple: 🌿Heal. Grow. Thrive. Whether you’re just starting therapy or getting back to it, I’m here to walk beside you — helping you build the insight, skills, and resilience to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
