I am a mental health professional with 17+ years of experience working with a diverse population specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety and health coaching. My practice includes a variety of evidence-based treatments including CBT, EMDR, SE, and I am certified in Nutrition and Integrative medicine (CIMHP). I also provide clinical supervision for professional counseling.

I am dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and wellness. I use a holistic approach to guide my clients to more balanced living. My work experience has provided me an opportunity to work with all types of people from adolescents to the elderly, immigrants & refugees who have survived torture & war trauma, and those with comorbid conditions (chronic health conditions and mental illness).
