About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and families learn specific coping skills to manage anxiety, panic, depression and relationships. I am also certified in trauma counseling.
It is important to me to foster a strong connection with my clients and make them feel comfortable. My style of therapy is results oriented and focused on the issues and circumstances currently effecting you. I will help you examine the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are keeping you stuck in the same negative cycle. I offer highly interactive and interpersonal sessions where you can learn to manage negative, ruminating thoughts, skills to manage anxiety and avoid panic, avoid self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, build stable and strong relationships, build self-esteem and confidence, learn to manage through a crisis like divorce, job loss, medical issues and more. The focus is to make real measurable change and feel good while doing it. I offer in-person online, and tele sessions and my office is handicapped accessible.
