I am a license clinical counselor in the state of Ohio dedicated to helping adults with anxiety, depression and trauma, and couples and families experiencing difficulty in their relationships
My goal is to help clients find happiness and harmony. I like to take a holistic approach to therapy - addressing mind, body, and spirit. I want to share your journey to healing and learn which therapeutic approach is best for you. If you are struggling to find peace in your life or relationship, we can work together to get you where you want to be.
Along with talk therapy, I offer mindfulness solutions, biofeedback exercises, and virtual reality treatment. All of these methods can be used with couples and families as well.
