About me
I specialize in helping clients who have experienced trauma in childhood or as an adult. I have years of experience working with anxiety, PTSD, depression, life transitions, career changes, chronic medical conditions and much more. My purpose is to be a resource for a board range of clients often dismissed and underserved in the healthcare system. I bring my cultural awareness to situations where clients often feel unheard and misunderstood.
