About me
As a licensed professional therapist, I want to help people explore ways to feel better. I believe we are incredibly resilient, even when we do not feel that way. I offer a warm and safe environment in which we share in an experience that encourages individuals to express themselves in ways that are authentic and can help them to begin moving forward in life.
I provide counseling and therapy for a wide variety of individuals, from professionals nearing retirement to children under 3 years of age. My specialties include mindfulness/ meditation, depression, relationships, trauma recovery, attention difficulties, emotional disregulation, early intervention, and coaching in positive parenting.
