About me
You deserve a space where you feel heard, accepted, and free to be yourself. If trauma or difficult experiences have left you feeling overwhelmed or stuck, we can gently explore what you’re carrying, at a pace that feels right for you. Through EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy, we’ll work together to process painful memories, understand your emotions with compassion, and notice what your body needs to feel more settled. Your voice will guide our work as you move toward greater connection, confidence, and peace.
I am married with three adult daughters. I love spending time at Lake Michigan and hanging out with my family. I read a lot and I enjoy gardening. I have two grouchy dogs and a multigenerational home in Kalamazoo. I am proud to work for Choices for Change in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I am surrounded by a diverse team with significant experience who are all genuinely kind and bright.
