About me
I believe therapy is a collective effort between therapist and client. We will work together to achieve the your goals. I consider it an honor to work with each client that comes into my office, and I will provide you with a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space to de-stress, process trauma, learn to cope, or whatever else you need to enhance your mental health and life satisfaction.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, which means I specialize in treating trauma. Trauma
survivors are very special to me: their strength and resilience amazes me; and their tenacity and
fortitude inspires me. 70% of adults in the United States have experienced trauma in their lifetimes.
While each person’s trauma experience is unique to them, the long-term effects of that trauma can be
debilitating and detrimental if not treated appropriately. Whether your trauma occurred in childhood,
10 years ago, or 10 days ago, it needs to be given the chance to heal. I would love to help
you experience that healing.
