I am a seasoned Psychotherapist who enjoys working with adult Individuals and Couples related to depression, anxiety, marital communication issues, and relationships feeling like this is their "last chance."
I am an interactive, solution-focused and systems oriented therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. My style is authentic and non-judgemental as I really want my clients to feel comfortable and safe in sharing their most difficult concerns. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I also integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual and couple to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I believe everyone at some point in their lives will benefit from therapy. The difference is, some will take the leap and receive it and others will not.
