I am an experienced, independently licensed social worker in both Illinois and Iowa. I am dedicated to helping adults find the freedom they need to live their best lives at any stage.
In addition to my private practice in Moline, IL, I serve as the Director of Counseling Ministries at River City Church. My mission is to bring freedom through improving the health of the body, soul and spirit, because when we feel better, we do better!
You'll find my office setting to be very welcoming and cozy and my interaction style with clients is relational while still honoring the healthy boundaries needed for successful therapy to take place.
My areas of expertise are helping people process trauma and to understand how their brain is wired to help them heal and move forward. I help my clients discover the life they desire to live and teach them how to get into alignment with that desire.
