About me
Everyone can benefit from counseling. Everyone deserves a space dedicated to their needs and someone who not only hears you but will listen.
Reaching out is the first step, and likely the most difficult. I recognize seeking counseling as a strength and I utilize an empathetic approach to all clients, joining each person on their own, personal journey.
I am a licensed psychotherapist in Florida, specializing in care for individuals, couples, and families. My approach is gentle and flexible to meet the needs of my clients and is rooted in years of clinical experience. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and mostly listening and reflecting. I'm also trained in Hypnosis and teach coping mechanisms for stress. Some of my areas of specialty include working with Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, and Personality Disorders.
