About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) specializing in PTSD/trauma care for adolescents and adults. My mission is to help patients navigate their trauma with compassion and authenticity, creating a safe space to process pain and rediscover hope. I take an integrated, person-centered, and holistic approach, designed to help you improve self-esteem and overcome difficult memories or triggers while addressing the mind and body.
Working together, you can expect a safe and non-judgmental environment. I believe in bringing authenticity to all sessions, which helps me be a genuine and trustworthy partner in therapy. Your care may include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and many other modalities to help you find healing, increase self-compassion, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
