For over 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate healing, growth, and change. I specialize in addiction and mental health therapy and bring a down-to-earth, collaborative approach to the counseling relationship. I believe you are the expert on your own life and already possess the strengths needed to move forward. My role is to help you access those strengths through empathy, thoughtful challenge of unhelpful thought patterns, and support in embracing your unique identity.
Many people come to therapy feeling as though they missed an instruction manual for life—aware that something isn’t working, but unsure how to change it. You may be experiencing intense emotions, finding yourself stuck in patterns you know are harmful, or struggling to cope in ways that feel healthy or sustainable. When life feels overwhelming, and fear, stress, or addiction has taken hold for you or someone you love, therapy can offer new tools, perspective, and flexibility.
You may long for a sense of relief—to breathe more easily and feel less weighed down by daily life. Perhaps you want to work toward meaningful goals, repair strained relationships, build healthier connections, manage stress without shutting down, or rediscover a sense of purpose and fulfillment. I’ve worked with many people facing these same challenges, and I understand how isolating they can feel. My passion is helping individuals move through these struggles with compassion, clarity, and hope—so you know you don’t have to face them alone.
