About me
As a Licensed Psychotherapist I help individuals optimize their emotional and mental health to improve the quality of their lives. Specifically, I am experienced in helping adults 18+ recover from abuse and other traumatic situations. I am a Certified IFS Therapist who is also trained in EMDR.
I am passionate about what I do and feel that it’s an honor to be trusted to help you work through issues, strengthen your resilience, and achieve your goals. I’m known by my clients to be non-judgmental, warm, compassionate, accepting, and to put others quickly at ease. I utilize a variety of proven treatment modalities. Predominately I work from the Internal Family Systems model (IFS) and am a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist. I use and am trained in EMDR and I am certified in Gentle Reprocessing.
