About me
You may appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally by past trauma, confusing relationship patterns, or major life transitions. Many high-achieving Millennials and Gen Z adults struggle with people-pleasing, anxious attachment, difficulty trusting others, or emotional burnout despite having accomplished so much in their lives. I specialize in trauma therapy and relationship healing for individuals who want to understand these patterns and create healthier, more secure connections with themselves and others.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-discovery. Through a collaborative and culturally attuned process, I help clients identify patterns, access inner resilience, and cultivate emotional balance. I believe therapy is not just about healing pain, but also about reclaiming joy, authenticity, and purpose. Together, we’ll work toward deepened self-understanding and a renewed sense of wholeness.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina who believes healing happens when people feel safe enough to show up fully as themselves. In my work, I recognize that trauma doesn’t only impact the mind—it affects the body, relationships, and sense of identity. I take a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit while integrating evidence-based therapeutic methods. I also understand that identity, culture, ancestry, and spirituality can play an important role in the healing process. When clients desire it, I welcome spiritual perspectives into therapy while maintaining a grounded, clinical approach to trauma recovery. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, develop deeper self-understanding, and move toward healthier relationships, greater emotional balance, and a stronger sense of empowerment.
