I am a passionate, genuine professional therapist who has worked in the human service field for 20+ years. I have lots of training in lots of different types of therapy modules and interventions. I'm a good listener, patient and have excellent communication skills.

I almost wrote that I am introvergent, and that is a very apt way to describe me.
I'm an African-American cis-gendered woman who is on the spectrum and introverted in my personal time. I've made my way through life so far and decided to become a clinician because I love helping people. I would like to use my skill set to help you.
As your therapist I will be logical, compassionate and hyper focused on helping you achieve your goals, but not in a weird way (ok, sometimes it might get a little weird). I have worked with all ages, genders and mental states. I have worked in outpatient mental clinics, drug treatment facilities, jails, prisons and many other places.
I enjoy working with women, people of color, people on the spectrum, people who carry flags to identify their genders and sexual orientations. I like to work with people who may have had a hard time finding a "good fit" with a therapist in the past. Maybe your past therapist "just didn't get it". I'm not for everyone, but neither are you.
I excel at working with humans who are struggling with something.
We may have 1 session or we may have 700, but I want you to learn something from me and I want to learn something from you. My job is to help you get to the point where you no longer need me. Therapy does not need to last forever but it can last as long as you need. Let's work together to figure this thing out.
