About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in supporting adults and older adults with compassionate, evidence-based care that fosters resilience, emotional well-being, and meaningful life transitions.
If you’re dealing with a medical diagnosis, caring for a loved one, or going through a difficult life transition, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and older adults to help make sense of the emotional side of these experiences in a supportive, down-to-earth way.
I have worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, and hospice care, so she understands how overwhelming the healthcare system and life changes can feel. Whether you’re coping with chronic illness, disability, grief, trauma, or end-of-life concerns, Kiajuana offers a space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin to find your footing again.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, you’ll work on building coping skills, processing difficult emotions, and navigating decisions in a way that feels right for you. She also supports family members and caregivers who are often carrying a lot behind the scenes.
Above all, I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you feel supported every step of the way.
Areas of Focus include:
