About me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps adults work through trauma, ADHD, and relationship challenges in a supportive and collaborative way.
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. You might be navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or relationship challenges and wondering why things feel so hard. You want clarity, relief, and a way to feel more like yourself again. If this resonates, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I offer a warm, grounded, and deeply human space where we slow down and listen inward. Using Hakomi, experiential, and trauma-informed therapy, I help you understand how your past and nervous system shape your present. Early sessions are gentle and curious, focused on what’s not working—and what you’re longing for.
My approach goes beyond simply talking about problems. Together, we work with both mind and body to support real, lasting change. I love this work because I’ve seen how powerfully people transform when they feel truly seen and supported. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to connect.
