About me
My counseling style is authentic, integrative, and holistic, grounded in kindness, compassion, curiosity, and genuine care. I draw from humanistic, existential, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to thoughtfully tailor therapy to each individual. I stay focused on the present moment and what matters most to you, working collaboratively to help you move toward your mental wellness goals.
Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful and empowering step, and I am truly honored to support you through every part of your journey. I look forward to working together to foster growth, insight, and positive change.
I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from adolescents through older adults. In addition to individual therapy, I have facilitated support groups and conducted cognitive assessments in a variety of clinical settings. I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use, trauma, and mood-related challenges. I am also experienced in working with families and have a strong interest in supporting couples and marital relationships.
