About me
Dr. Kevin Milligan has worked at a local university as director of counseling services for the past 6 years. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor dedicated to helping adolescents, young adults, and adults cope with the challenges we face in life, such as anxiety, depression, relationships, emotional regulation, and so much more.
Stephanie Milligan is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, currently under the supervision of Delisa Russell, LPC-S, who is dedicated to helping adolescents and young adults navigate the challenges that come from anxiety, depression, relationships, and other difficulties of life.
At K&S Counseling and Wellness Services, we work with emerging adults and adolescents navigating challenges with depression, anxiety, setting healthy boundaries, regulating emotions, unhelpful thoughts, low self-esteem or any number of other life challenges, we want to help you understand the role you can take and how you can improve your situation. Maybe you're unsure of who you are, often second-guessing yourself, difficulty balancing work and life, overthinking every conversation - you're not alone. Life has it's challenges and knowing you don't have to navigate those challenges alone can be empowering and healing.
Our eclectic approach to counseling offers a safe space for adults, young professionals, and adolescents to process the challenges of life and learn healthy skills to cope with the difficulties we experience. At K&S Counseling and Wellness Services, we will be open and honest throughout our time with you in order to provide the best opportunity for growth and change in your life.
Yesterday may not have been great, but today and tomorrow can be better. At K&S Counseling and Wellness Services, we want to be part of your journey and help you uncover your potential to heal. I offer a Free 15-Minute Intro call where we can talk through your questions, your expectations for counseling, and see if we are a good match for therapy.
