About me
I am a person centered therapist who work with clients ready to make changes in their lives. I work with individual teen and adult clients of all genders. I specialize in men's work, depression/anxiety and developmental/acute trauma. I also work with couples or individuals who are seeking support in their relationships.
My approach with all clients is person/human centered. I work to deploy empathy, seeking to understand your experience as if it were my own, to help you feel seen and heard. I provide a space of unconditional positive regard/non-judgment, where all parts of you, your story, and present experiences are welcome. I am transparent in my approach and work, sharing reflections of what I observe through empathy and unconditional positive regard. I believe in the power of the self in holding, observing, and engaging with all of our experiences, difficult and pleasant, to allow us to embrace life more fully. In a healing relational environment we are able to access and look at difficult parts of our experience. This in turn allows us to release these experiences and choose new ways of living that are aligned with our life. This is what I work to offer.
