About me
I'm a therapist with eight years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, addiction, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and anger management, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs.
My focus areas include communication difficulties, isolation, life purpose, guilt and shame, forgiveness, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress, attachment issues, mood disorders, abandonment, workplace challenges, men's issues, sexual assault and abuse recovery, sex addiction, self-harm, process addictions, domestic violence, codependency, substance use disorders, jealousy, fatherhood concerns, and infidelity.
I approach therapy from a secular perspective and am committed to creating a nonjudgmental, respectful space where you can explore your experiences and build meaningful change. I believe in meeting clients where they are and collaborating with you to identify your strengths and move toward healing at your own pace.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
