About me
I am a compassionate therapist-philosopher dedicated to helping thoughtful, sensitive individuals find clarity, healing, and purpose through self-exploration and embodied presence.
Hi, I’m a therapist-philosopher who helps thoughtful, sensitive people find clarity, healing, and purpose through deep self-exploration and embodied presence.
I work best with people who feel things intensely, who may struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or a nagging sense of being lost or unfulfilled. You might be high-functioning but stuck in patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing, avoidance, or overwhelm. You’re likely someone who seeks not just symptom relief but real understanding and lasting change.
My approach is rooted in the belief that healing comes from meeting all parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion, especially the painful or neglected parts. I don’t see pain as something to be fixed or eradicated. Instead, it’s a guide pointing you toward unmet needs and unresolved wounds that deserve your attention and care.
I approach therapy through the lens of both personal and philosophical exploration. I’m interested in the paradox of being human—how we’re both a conditioned, limited self and something timeless and unconditioned. Awakening to your deeper nature brings peace and possibility, but true transformation happens when that awareness is integrated into the messy, complicated realities of life.
My work is inspired by mindfulness, somatic psychology, Eastern philosophy, mysticism, and transformative thinkers like Paramahansa Yogananda, Tara Brach, and Michael Brown. I blend practical tools with deep inquiry, always returning to presence and embodiment as the foundation for real change.
If you’re ready to do meaningful inner work—if you’re tired of feeling stuck and want to explore what’s truly possible for you—I’d love to support you on that journey.
