About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who specializes in adults with PTSD and trauma related disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, and bipolar disorder.
am currently accepting new clients for individual counseling. I work with adults dealing with a variety of issues such as PTSD and trauma, depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, stress and anger management, substance abuse, relationship issues, grief, and spirituality. I believe the counseling process is based on a non-judgmental, accepting, and empathetic relationship. Within that relationship, you will have the freedom to explore and process whatever challenges you are facing. We will work together to develop solutions to help you achieve your goals.
I have an additional certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have received specialized training in EMDR. EMDR is an evidence based proven and effective therapeutic treatment approach for PTSD and trauma related disorders. It is also applicable for a wide variety of other issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and self-esteem.
