About me
I am a compassionate trauma and attachment therapist committed to empowering individuals and families to heal, grow, and thrive through evidence-based care and heartfelt connection.
As a trauma and attachment therapist, my passion lies in helping individuals and families navigate their unique journeys toward healing and connection. With a background in biomedical engineering and social work, I bring a blend of analytical precision and deep empathy to my practice, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized approach for every client.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, attachment challenges, anxiety, and depression. My approach is rooted in understanding how our past experiences shape our present behaviors and relationships. Together, we’ll explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, uncovering opportunities for growth and transformation.
I believe in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where clients feel empowered to share their stories and pursue their goals. Incorporating a range of therapeutic methods—including mindfulness-based practices, cognitive techniques, neurophysiological methods, and somatic awareness—I tailor my interventions to meet each client's needs.
Beyond therapy, I am a dedicated parent and a lifelong learner. My journey as a father to two adopted children with reactive attachment disorder has profoundly shaped my perspective, deepened my empathy, and reinforced my belief in the healing power of love and connection.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I am here to walk alongside you as we navigate the path to healing and resilience together. Let’s work toward a future filled with hope, balance, and joy.
