About me
I am a clinical forensic psychologist specializing in the intersection of mental health and the legal system, dedicated to providing objective evaluations, expert insight, and compassionate understanding in complex cases.
As a clinical forensic psychologist, I specialize in the intersection of mental health and the legal system, providing comprehensive, evidence-based evaluations and specialized treatment services. My work includes, but is not limited to, court-ordered psychological evaluations, competency to stand trial and criminal responsibility evaluations, psychosexual evaluations, and risk assessments (including sex offender, anger management, and domestic violence), as well as parental fitness and custody evaluations.
I have extensive experience working with individuals involved in the legal system and regularly collaborate with courts, attorneys, and other legal professionals to provide clear, objective, and defensible findings. I understand the complexity and sensitivity of these cases, and my approach is grounded in professionalism, integrity, and respect. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard and understood while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
In addition to evaluations, I provide targeted treatment services, including sex offender-specific therapy, as well as evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Moral Reconation Therapy, along with other therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual’s needs. My work is focused on reducing risk, promoting accountability, and supporting meaningful, lasting behavioral change.
I am committed to delivering high-quality evaluations and effective treatment that stand up to scrutiny, helping clients move forward while supporting fair legal outcomes and safer communities.
