Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience in working with clients of all ages. I am able to help individuals navigate struggles with anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, domestic violence, stress, and parenting issues to name a few. As a compassionate therapist, I meet clients where they are at and work from a strengths-based approach. I believe that all individuals deserve a safe place to heal, be heard, and share their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in my approach and encourage clients to find personal strengths as they work through life transitions.
