I am a neurospicy therapist that provides individual and couple's therapy for those who are ready to heal!
For the individuals and couples that I serve, I provide a person-centered approach. Through a lens of the whole person, my clients and I are able to accomplish their empowerment and healing; not just a temporary fix. I treat adults navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, identity, grief, chronic illness and relationships. I honor and affirm those within the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
