About me
As a dedicated mental health professional of 16 years, my mission is to provide a warm therapeutic space where all clients — especially those impacted by trauma, anxiety, and depressive struggles — can build safety, clarity, and sustainable healing. I bring training in evidence-based modalities and a relational approach that centers dignity, autonomy, and real growth.
My commitment is to help clients:
Understand and regulate difficult emotions
Develop practical coping skills for daily life
Heal from trauma and reclaim inner stability
Strengthen sense of self and relational connection
Move from survival toward fulfillment and purpose
I value cultural humility, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development, ensuring that every client receives effective, respectful, and individualized care.
I’m a licensed therapist with deep experience supporting individuals navigating trauma (ptsd), depression, anxiety, life transitions, and challenges with self-esteem and relationships. My work is rooted in compassion, safety, and collaboration. I believe healing happens most fully in an environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood — not judged or rushed.
I specialize in integrating evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT skills, and ACT mindfulness strategies to help you reduce symptoms, build resilience, and reconnect with your strengths. My approach is tailored to your unique experiences, rhythms, and goals — whether you’re seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, support through major life changes, or deeper understanding of long-standing patterns.
You don’t have to face your concerns alone. I’m here to walk with you through uncertainty, help you make sense of your experiences, and support you in creating meaningful shifts toward a more grounded, empowered, and fulfilling life.
