About me
I'm Keri Nider, a therapist with a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan and bring a compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy.
My expertise spans depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and addiction. I understand how these struggles can feel isolating, and I'm committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what's weighing on you.
I honor the diversity of my clients' backgrounds and beliefs. Whether your faith is central to your healing journey, you prefer a secular approach, or you're somewhere in between, I meet you where you are with respect and authenticity.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and my role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful change and greater peace in your life.
Taking the step to seek support takes real courage, and I'm honored to be part of your journey.
