About me
I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and addressing individual and family trauma. I am LGBTQIA+/kink/BDSM/poly/non-monogamy affirming. I welcome individuals ages 18 and up in my therapy practice. I am passionate about making sure Clients will feel safe, accepted, and valued during our time together. I believe in building your inner strength and resilience through therapy.
I specialize in providing a safe, informed space for Neurodivergent Adults, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, kinksters, and non-monogamous folks. I firmly believe in taking a strengths-based approach to counseling with a goal of promoting self-understanding, self-compassion, healing, and personal empowerment.
My passion for working with neurodivergent adults was inspired by my own journey with discovering and embracing my own neurodivergence. I understand what it's like to experience the world from a neurodivergent perspective. I also have experienced and observed the overlap between neurodivergence and gender expansiveness. I am gender fluid and I have worked with gender-expansive Clients as well as kinksters and folks who practice non-monogamy and BDSM. These intersectionalities can too often cause us to experience stigmatization and trauma.
You are not alone. Whether you are looking for someone to help you address internalized-stigma related to your neurotype, gender, or sexuality, or are seeking a truly affirming therapy space, we can work together to help you find meaningful empowerment, inner strength, and healing.
