I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) and trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), with specializations in trauma/ptsd, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, academic/occupational concerns, neurodivergence, women's issues, transitions, communication and relationship challenges. I have also treated a variety of clients in outpatient and intensive outpatient settings. Additionally, I carry along wisdom from personal struggles with mental health.

As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I passionately support clients healing from PTSD, abuse, neglect, childhood trauma, depression, chronic pain, chronic illness, anxiety, flashbacks, hyper-vigilance,, boundaries, wellness, relationship issues, and academic/career challenges. I also assist helping professionals and first responders with stress management skills. I focus on personalized holistic treatment with evidence-based modalities — CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, somatic experiencing, trauma-informed, and attachment theory. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), to help you process painful memories with eye movements & bilateral stimulation.

I help clients notice how thoughts, body sensations, and past experiences inform present struggles working with you to shift what’s keeping you stuck. I aim to nurture a safe, non-judgmental space, where you can be yourself or find yourself yet again. Where you can feel comfortable to let go of the mask you wear day-to-day.

I am an inclusive, neurodiversity affirming, and LGBTQ+ allied therapist dedicated to supporting clients from all backgrounds.

I offer sessions in-person at Ellie in Jax Tuesday/Wednesday 10am-7pm and Thursday 9am-5pm. I offer virtual sessions Monday 12pm-5pm and Friday 9am-3pm.

At our practice we only take payment in form of a credit card on file and you are expected to make your payment the day of service. We do not take cash pay. Sliding scale rates start at $120 an hour and typical sessions are $185 an hour. Additionally, I am only seeing clients who are seeking either weekly or biweekly appointments.
