I am a Clinical Trauma Professional and trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, with experience in trauma/ptsd, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, BPD, neurodivergence, women's issues, transitions, communication and relationship concerns.

Interpersonal and communication blocks that keep repeating. A sense of self that feels uncertain, frustrated, or lost. If you desire to understand yourself more deeply, be motivated to make change, even when that feels so uncomfortable and scary - I provide a safe-space without judgment, where your strengths are celebrated, and challenges deeply supported.

I am a collaborative, compassionate, gentle yet direct therapist. I would love to support you in anyway. I use evidence-based modalities from DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, somatic-based work, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
