About me
Life can be overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to balance everyday responsibilities while navigating personal challenges, relationships, and unexpected changes. Sometimes, you just need a safe space where you can show up as yourself, without judgment, expectations, or pressure to have everything figured out.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals through anxiety, stress, grief, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My background in medical social work, behavioral health, and crisis intervention has allowed me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds during some of life’s most challenging moments.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about what’s wrong. It’s an opportunity to gain insight, recognize patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and make meaningful changes that support your emotional well-being.
I have a particular passion for supporting women navigating identity changes, motherhood, burnout, and life transitions, but I welcome adults from all walks of life who are ready to prioritize their mental health.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes, taking that first step is where meaningful change begins. I look forward to supporting you along the way.
