I offer a grounded, compassionate, and honest space where you can speak your truth without judgment — and without having to explain or minimize your experiences. I work from a relational, intuitive, and emotionally attuned style. I bring warmth, humor, and clarity into the room, but I also ask meaningful questions and challenge you when your thinking starts shrinking your power. I’m spiritual but not dogmatic, direct but gentle, and firmly committed to helping you grow in ways that feel real and sustainable.
My work centers relational trauma, attachment wounds, narcissistic abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, and the parts of you that never received what they needed. Together, we’ll slow things down, unpack what shaped you, and help you rise into a life that honors who you truly are.
