About me
As a relational therapist, I support clients in understanding how early childhood experiences shape their current relationships, empowering them to heal, trust themselves, and build emotionally secure connections.
In my work, I believe that relationships are the foundation for growth and healing. Because of this, I prioritize building a transparent and genuine therapeutic relationship that fosters safety, openness, and trust. Within this space, clients are encouraged to gain deeper insight into themselves, explore their emotional world, and learn how to navigate their relationships and social environments with greater confidence and authenticity.
I specialize in working with women navigating narcissistic abuse recovery, codependency, and family-of-origin trauma, as well as high-functioning professionals who struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, and burnout. My goal is to support clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves and creating relationships—both with others and within themselves—that feel balanced, mutual, and emotionally nourishing.
Above all, I believe that therapy should be a space of reflection, grace, and transformation—where growth is not forced but gently unfolds through connection, curiosity, and compassion.
I integrate Emotionally Focused, Attachment-Based, and Parts-Oriented approaches to help clients cultivate self-understanding, emotional safety, and secure connection. My work also draws from Schema and Humanistic frameworks, emphasizing authenticity, compassion, and the repair of early attachment wounds through corrective emotional experiences.
