I am a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois with 30 years of professional experience. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed approach that recognizes the strength and resilience each person brings to therapy. I have supported clients through family conflicts, parenting challenges, motivation and self-esteem concerns, confidence building, and career difficulties.

I honor the impact that past experiences—including trauma and adversity—can have on your well-being, relationships, and daily life.
