About me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama with more than 14 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, parenting concerns, career stress, substance use and recovery, and life transitions.
My counseling style is warm, welcoming, and collaborative. I believe you deserve a space where you can feel heard, respected, and understood without judgment. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy, tailoring treatment to your individual needs, strengths, and goals.
Seeking therapy is an act of courage. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re ready to heal, rebuild your confidence, strengthen your relationships, or simply feel more like yourself again, I’m here to support you.
**Your next chapter can look different—and you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.**
