About me
Person-Centered Therapy. My goal is not to change you, but to support the changes you want to make.
I work with clients across the lifespan—teens, adults, seniors—and support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, grief and loss, trauma, psychotic disorders, low self-esteem, life transitions, work/life stress, and more.
Therapy with me is tailored to your unique needs. I emphasis on building trust and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space. Many clients seek therapy for stress, anxiety, or low self-worth, and often discover these are connected to deeper experiences of loss, trauma, or unresolved pain. I’m here to help you explore those layers, feel heard and validated.
