About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals grow and flourish in their relationships with self, with God, and with others. I work with emerging adults and adults -- particularly with other psychologists/mental health professionals, psychologists/mental health professionals in training (e.g. graduate students), Adult Third-Culture Kids, cross-cultural workers, and Christians training for or currently working in Ministry and Missions.
I am licensed in the state of CA and provide telehealth services throughout the state. I am equipped to work with a variety of presenting concerns, and have an integrative approach to therapy -- utilizing a range therapeutic modalities based on what is most helpful for each client. I work primarily with individuals navigating high functioning depression and/or anxiety, pursuing growth in self-care and increased balance/overall wellbeing, pursuing ongoing growth and flourishing after histories of trauma, desiring to process their relationship with God and/or the church, desiring to process and understand different cultural experiences and identities, navigating difficult dynamics in their relationships, and navigating various life transitions and losses. I also enjoy working with those who want to take a more exploratory approach and are desiring to grow in deeper awareness and understanding of themselves and their relationships through processing patterns related to their families of origin, faith, and cultural identities. If you have any questions, please reach out so that we can determine whether we would be a good fit for working together!
