About me
I’m an experienced LMSW. I strive to aid those with autism, anxiety, OCD, and those healing from narcissistic abuse find support, clarity, and practical tools to thrive.
Are you or your child struggling with big emotions, difficult behaviors, or the lingering effects of trauma? You don’t have to face these challenges on your own.
I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCPD, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. I also have extensive experience working with individuals who have disabilities and complex diagnoses.
No two people are alike, which is why I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to create a treatment plan that feels supportive and effective for you.
I offer a safe and supportive space to encourage healing and growth. If you’re ready to take the next step, let’s do this together!
