About me
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate — New Vision Therapy & Wellness, PLLC
Helping teens and young adults overcome anxiety, depression, and life challenges through compassionate and culturally attuned therapy.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, emotions, or major life transitions? You deserve a space where you can slow down, breathe, and truly be understood. As a therapist, my passion is helping teens and adults build the confidence, clarity, and emotional tools they need to navigate life with resilience.
With **5 years of experience**, I specialize in supporting individuals who feel disconnected, anxious, or unsure of their direction. My approach is integrative and whole-person centered—blending **Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)**, mindfulness practices, and **family-systems work** to help you understand not just what you’re feeling, but *why* you’re feeling it.
What sets my work apart is my commitment to marrying **mental health therapy with wellness practices**. I believe healing isn’t one-dimensional. It involves the mind, body, and the environments that shape us. In our sessions, you can expect both evidence-based tools and an atmosphere of empathy, authenticity, and cultural understanding. My goal is to help you feel safe, grounded, and empowered as you explore your emotions and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you’re working through anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, or identity concerns, this is a space where your story matters and your growth is the priority.
To better support busy students, professionals, and parents, I offer **after-hours appointments between 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM**.
If you're ready to take the next step toward emotional wellness, I’m currently accepting new clients and would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can build healthier habits, deepen your self-awareness, and help you move toward a more grounded, hopeful future.
