About me
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate — New Vision Therapy & Wellness, PLLC
Helping teens and young adults overcome anxiety, depression, and life challenges through compassionate and culturally attuned therapy.
Are you or your teen struggling to manage stress, emotions, or life transitions? My goal as a therapist is to help you build confidence, self-awareness, and healthy coping skills to navigate life’s challenges. I work primarily with adolescents and adults who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their direction. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where growth and healing can begin.
With over five years of experience supporting individuals through emotional and behavioral challenges, I use an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and family-systems work. I believe that therapy should meet you where you are—blending evidence-based tools with empathy, authenticity, and cultural understanding.
I currently offer after-hours appointments between 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM to accommodate clients with school, work, or family schedules. If you’re ready to take the next step toward emotional wellness, I’m here to help. I’m currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you in developing a stronger sense of self, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of hope for the future.
