About me
I am a trauma-informed Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a practice centered around folks ages 14+, dealing with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and LGBTQIA+ issues.
My fully telehealth practice is catered towards working professionals, college students and teens (14+). I am a trauma-informed therapist that provides an intentional nonjudgmental LGBTQIA+ affirming space. My practice is centered around folks dealing with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and LGBTQIA+ issues; including exploring sexuality and gender identity. Many of my clients are dealing with life stressors/transitions, relationship struggles and self-esteem concerns.
I work collaboratively with my clients to come up with an approach and goals that meet them where they are. By exploring your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, you will gain a better understanding of yourself through empowerment and new skill building to live a fulfilling and authentic life.
You can schedule a free consultation with me on my website, where we can have the space for us to speak and make sure we are the best fit for one another. Please don't hesitate to reach out via e-mail or phone if you have any specific questions for me or want to know more about my practice and the work we could do together. I am here for your journey and want to support you.
