Kelsey Jones Ross, LPCA

Kelsey, LPCA, MACMHC, MAAC, BSP provides services to women, young adults, & teens. Her primary focus is in women's health and she provides therapy to women of all ages of multiple stressors including anxiety, depression, pregnancy & postpartum stress, chronic pain, parenting struggles and more. Kelsey has experience working with neurodiverse individuals with ADHD and autism. Apart from therapy, she offers autism testing for official autism diagnosis. In addition, Kelsey collaborates with pelvic floor physical therapists and OBGYN's in the area to assist her clients with pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, hormone therapies, etc.
Kelsey Jones uses evidence-based practices of psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Written Espouse Therapy (WET) and reproductive health coaching. Autism testing includes standardized testing measures and assessments.

Kelsey has been working in the mental health field for 10+ years with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. She has various trainings in trauma therapies, integrative health, clinical medical training in women's health, and behavioral health. She is a native Kentuckian, enjoys crafts and music, and nature. Kelsey obtained her mental health counseling license to serve other women and help them get through the trials of life. She partners with her clients to shift their view on their presenting issue and come up with a way to solve each problem. She utilizes personal experience to connect with her clientele in a relatable way. Kelsey’s goal is to give each client tools to empower them towards more freedom and joy in their life.
