About me
I am an experienced trauma informed therapist providing care for adults and teens through many life circumstances. I integrate Christian faith and principles with evidence based and science backed therapies in order to address trauma, betrayal trauma, abuse, infidelity, divorce, life transitions, anxiety and depression.
Has life felt harder than it needs to be? Are you struggling to find hope? Does it feel like the same patterns continue to repeat? Do you feel the weight of your experiences and burden but also a knowing that there is more to life? I work with people who have experienced a wide array of traumatic events, life transitions, or stressors, and may feel stuck or weighed down by the past or someone else's actions. Life is about more than managing symptoms, or just scraping by. I believe there is more to life that what has happened, or any diagnosis. Hope is within reach, recovery can be a reality and the future can hold freedom for you.
I am certified as a trauma professional, and have specialized training for betrayed partners, and partners of sex addicts. I have experience working with many types of trauma, life transitions, divorce, infidelity, abuse, anxiety and depression. I also employ a Christian perspective, integrating evidence based therapy practices.
I believe that in being known we find healing. I provide a space to be honest about the struggles you are facing, to find a sense of peace and safety internally, help you identify the type of life you would like to have and provide education and understanding for your experience at a neurological and physical level as well as challenging past narratives.
